2x 90-minute sessions to prepare you for feeding your baby.

Whether this is your first baby or you have breastfed before. This session will help you prepare for the postpartum period in a calm, mindful yet proactive way.

This lactation consultation appointment is with Anna Le Grange, IBCLC with over 20 years experience and is only available at the Table View practice.

What can you expect from this session:

- Full history taken of your and your baby’s health and of how feeding has been going so far.

- Feeding assessment (breast/bottle or both).

- Information and support around latch, positioning, routines and wellbeing practices.

- A feeding plan (emailed to you).

- Written referrals to other health care professionals if required.

- Useful resources to help you once at home.

- 2 weeks of text follow-up.

This baby wellness apointment is with Anna Le Grange, IBCLC with over 20 years experience and is only available at the Table View practice.

What you can expect:

- Your baby will be weighed, and their weight plotted.

- A short discussion about how feeding is going.

- An opportunity to ask Anna about anything you or your baby are struggling with.
